How to Create an IB POrtfolio and Move Files into the Subfolders.

Thank you to Mr. Ciambrone for making this slideshow.
  • Watch from SLIDE 1 to create an IB Portfolio with 8 subfolders, one for each IB Subject.
(step by step video instructions are here http://piedmontpd.weebly.com/studentspace/your-ib-portfolio )
  • Watch from SLIDE 7 To learn how to move files to the proper IB Portfolio subfolder. Once you create your 8-Subject IB PORTFOLIO in Google Drive,  you can easily  upload or move your best IB work samples from elsewhere in your drive to the proper  IB subject folder.

How to Take Photos and Upload to Google Drive from Your  Chromebook

You even take photos of your 3D work, posters, papers, or IB rubrics that you wish to upload to your IB Portfolio. All you do is take a photo with your chromebook, click "save to disk" and that opens up Google Drive. From there you can add it to the correct subfolder of your IB Portfolio. Ms Lyttle's 2nd block demonstrates how to take and add photos to your IB Portfolio from a chromebook below:
  1. step 1. Open camera and get the item you are photographing in the frame
  2. Step 2 Click the red camera button
  3. Step 3 That takes your picture
  4. Step 4 Click "save to Disk"
  5. Step 5  That opens your google drive to...
  6. Step 6 Save  it to the proper IB Portfolio subject folder. (see slideshow above  for specifics)
